You are invited to our AGM on Thursday 24th September at the Gloucester Resource Centre, City Works, Alfred Street, Gloucester GL1 4DF.
Tea and coffee will be available from 7pm, and the meeting will start promptly at 7.30pm with a presentation, discussion, and an opportunity for questions.
The talk will focus on the expected impact of changes in Government policy on the Energy Sector, particularly focusing on the reduction in Feed in Tariffs, and the prospects for Community Energy. We are hoping for an outside speaker, but this has not yet been confirmed.
The main purpose of the formal meeting, starting at about 8.15pm will be to elect the board members, accept the annual report and accounts and appoint the independent financial advisor. The evening will also be an opportunity to discuss possibilities for the future, and ask questions. Business will close about 9pm.
If you wish to stand for election to the board or nominate any other member, please let us know, or make your wishes known at the meeting.
If you are a member Alison Crane will have emailed the details. Please do let her know if you will be attending.
