All members are invited to the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 19th September at Gloucester Resource Centre, Alfred St, Gloucester GL1 4DF.
Tea and coffee will be available from 7pm and the meeting will start promptly at 7.30pm.
The main purpose of the AGM will be to elect the board members, accept the annual report and accounts and appoint the independent financial advisor.
After the formal business, we will be hearing from Robert Llewellyn and a group of residents from Temple Guiting in Gloucestershire about their hopes for a community energy project. You may have seen the BBC Four film in June – here is more about the programme: http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/proginfo/2017/22/the-great-village-green-crusade
Might this be the next GCEC project, or will it be another way of providing community renewable energy?
If you wish to stand for election to the board or nominate any other member, please let Alison Crane know, or make your wishes known at the meeting.
